Summary
The IT Helpdesk delivers frontline technical support, safeguarding system security performance while ensuring all replacements procurements of end-user devices conform to the global IT hardware catalogue local regulatory standards.
Primary responsibilities
1. Provide daily support, Q&A to local staff visitors, including desktop, laptop, monitors, network cabling, printers etc. Also provide the basic training of the device operation fusers.
2. Coordinate end-user device replacements procurements in strict accordance with the global IT hardware catalogue.
3. L1 Support of network, servers, storage devices, CCTV, access control, according to the requirements of contracts daily operation.
4. Engineering software management: ensure all the engineering software are welly deployed running smoothly fusers. Track manage software license utilization procurement requirements.
5. Conduct daily inspections of the server room in the company manage environmental control.
6. Responsible fthe full lifecycle management of IT fixed assets, including the accurate recording of all receipts issuances, fproducing periodic statistical analyses to support decision-making.
7. Support fthe user training related to information security awareness IT policy. Support to enforce the implementation of IT security policies procedures.
Knowledge & skill requirements
1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field is required. Advanced degrees certifications in IT technology related disciplines are highly desirable.
2. Strong problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent analytical problem-solving skills to identify resolve complex IT security issues
3. Positive team player with a strong work ethic; embraces challenges adapts effectively across varying work situations.
4. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical information clearly effectively to both technical non-technical audiences.
5. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT helpdesk, familiar with IT helpdesk & support process, change management process.
