Responsibilities:
Give advice input across a wide range of HR areas to all stakeholders within the localganization.
Implement maintain concepts, tools, procedures.
Flexible knowledgeable to handle a wide range of HR areas challenges.
Advises guides the HR Manager on matters related to improvement, efficiency, consolidation, etc., of general HR practices.
Advise present to the Company Management team on matters related to the implementation improvement of HR practices, new Projects initiatives.
Initiates runs projects to develop enhance concepts practices within the HR department across functions.
Keeps informed of developments in the field, works with the region, is aligned with any Group directions.
Coordinate collaborate with internal stakeholders to generate awareness of HRs role function in the company build relationships that help HR better support the business its strategy.
Make use of Jotun’s Leadership tools to develop, coach, guide the team to ensure it is competent, engaged, enabled to meet Jotun’s current future needs.

Qualification：
Bachler degree above, majin Human Resource management Phycology is preferable.
More than 5 years’ experience in HR general function project management in multinational manufacturing enterprises , preferably in Chemical, Coating Marine industry.
Fluent English speaking writing skills.
Open minded, flexible reliable.
Excellent interpersonal skills, have the ability to solve a variety of complex problems.
Willing to work between Shanghai Qingdao.
