Position Summary
Be responsible fdesigning verifying embedded software fcontrol modules of BorgWarner PowerDrive System products, including all wheel drive system control units electric vehicle propulsion system control units. Work with the ECU development stakeholder team follow BorgWarner Software Development Process.
Key Accountabilities
? Designing implementing control software fPowerDrive system products, using both model-based software design traditional development method
? Developing application control software based on existing hardware basic software platform
? Unit testing using MIL/SIL method
? Software integration HIL testing
? Software architecture design verification
? software design documents requirement documents
? Software work estimation
? Support application/calibration work from control software perspective
Qualifications & Requirements
? Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering required, Master’s degree preferred
? Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Electronic Control Unit hardware software development (required)
? Experience in AUTOSAR software development configuration (preferred)
? Solid knowledge of C programming language (required)
? Familiar with Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow auto-coding (required), experience with Targetlink preferred
? Familiar with coding/modeling guidelines such as MISRA MAAB(required)
? Familiar with 32bit/16bit microcontroller from Infineon NXP(Freescale) (preferred)
? Experience with BLDC PMSM control preferred
? Good English skills (required)
? Familiar with CMMI Automotive SPICE(preferred)
? Experience on vehicle dynamics control development & simulation (preferred)
? Experience with VectCAN tools, CANalyzer/CANape etc. (preferred)
? Experience of script languages such as Python/Perl (preferred)
? Good driving skills preferred.

Strategy & Planning

Acquisition & Deployment

Operational Management
1.?? ?Gauge the effectiveness efficiency of existing systems; develop implement strategies fimproving further leveraging these systems.
2.?? ?Propose system design models, specifications, diagrams, charts to provide direction to system programmer development teams.
3.?? ?Design perform server security audits, system backup procedures, other recovery processes in accordance with the company’s disaster recovery business continuity strategies.
4.?? ?Integrate servers, including database, e-mail, print, backup servers their associated software enterprise systems.
5.?? ?Ensure system connectivity of all servers, shared software, groupware, other applications.
6.?? ?maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, service records.
7.?? ?Ensure compatibility interoperability of in-house computing systems.
8.?? ?Coordinate perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, fmodified new systems.
9.?? ?Monittest system performance; prepare deliver system performance statistics reports.
10.?? ?Provideientation training to end users fall modified new systems.
