Education
Master degree above in Science & Engineering, Medical Education, Biomedical Engineering related, preferably Ophthalmology & Optometry.
Experience
1. Over 5 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a seniproduct manager role.
2. Proven experience in successfully launching managing complex products in the optometry/ contact lens industry, with demonstrable success stories.

Main Tasks
Objectives of this role:
1. Full lifecycle product management of key products portfolio, mainly in Contact Lenses category.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop long-term strategies short-term goals fthetho-k product line, clarifying market positioning target users fthe product portfolio.
2. Drive market research competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, propose recommendations fproduct line expansion optimization.
3. Design implement lifecycle management strategies fthetho-k product line, ensuring successful performance at different stages, from development to market launch post-launch optimization.
4. Collaborate with R&D, operations, marketing, sales teams to ensure coordinated development of thetho-k product line effective resource allocation.
5. Monitperformance metrics fthetho-k product line, conduct data analysis, provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
6. Develop manage product budgets, ensuring effective resource utilization maximization of return on investment.
7. Conduct product training support, helping teams understproduct features market value.
8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements quality standards throughout the lifecycle of thetho-k product line.
9. Engage with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals regulatory bodies, to gather feedback ensure thetho-k product line meets market needs regulatory standards.

What is the job about?
? Lead the development of complex business critical product/offerings projects strategically critical projects.
? Drive best-practice project program development management within Grundfos through utilization of internationally recognized governance models, tools, processes (e.g. PRINCE2)
Your main responsibilities:
? Overall responsible fleading large complex projects/release trains within a product group.
? Responsible towards a defined Project Owner fthe successful implementation overall delivery of assigned projects within approved tolerances on Scope, Quality, Cost, Time, Benefits, Risks.
? Taking ownership of successful project implementation with a holistic full value chain perspective.

The Scrum Master serves the Development Team in several ways, including:

What do you need to apply?
? Master bachelor’s degree in Engineering and/Business from an internationally recognized business technical institution.
? Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant work experience
? Strong background in leading executing complex and/specialized projects within product program management.
? Strong business acumen including financial understanding.
? Hands-on experience with execution of strategic change management projects in a multinational matrix environment.
? Experience with working in a LEAN Agile environment with software as well as hardware deliveries is viewed as a big advantage
? Visionary driven by enthusiasm curiosity fnew technologies developments.
? Capable of managing several high-profile programs project activities to completion
? Experience being a successful people manager is an advantage
? Understanding of the digital transformation its possibilities, as well as hands on experience with running digitalization projects, will be a key advantage
? Must be willing to travel when required.
