Job Description:
1.Initiates, monitors directs projects programs from inception through delivery;
2.Organizes project-related activities communications among departments, customers, vendors the community;
3.Directs the activities of program managers staff is responsible fplanning, budgeting, maintaining costs fa broad functional area;
4.Drives strategies to deliver customer requirements recommend company capabilities in manufacturing engineering services;
5.Reviews aggregate program proposals plan to determine time frame, funding requirements, asset management, procedures faccomplishing program, staffing requirements allotment of available resources to various phases of program;
6.High level contact fnegotiations with customer on all contracts, pricing other business items. Maybe primary contact fnew critical customer programs;
7.Responsible fmanagement of customer satisfaction, the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) collection related reviews corrective actions;
8.Reviews high-level program reports presentations fmanagement, customers others;
9.Participates in Profit Loss (P&L) analysis, responsible ftracking relevant metrics drive action items based on results.
Job requirement:
?Bachelwith at least 8 years’ experience in project management;
?Demonstrates advanced functional, technical people and/process management skills as well as customer (external internal) relationship skills;

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead end-to-end project execution fdigital transformation IT integration initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget.
2. Set up configure Jira from 0-to-1, including project structure, workflows, permissions, integration with other tools (e.g., Confluence, email, calendars).
3. Facilitate project meetings conferences with global stakeholders; document action items, decisions, follow-ups.
4. Coordinate cross-functional teams third-party vendors across regions.
5. Prepare present management decks finternal leadership client stakeholders.
6. Maintain comprehensive project documentation (e.g., project plans, status reports, risk registers, meeting minutes).
7. Support system integration activities between enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, HRIS, WFM, CRM).
Requirements & Qualifications
1. 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in IT, consulting, digital transformation projects.
2. Solid IT background with understanding of software development, system architecture, integration principles.
3. Hands-on experience with Jira – demonstrated ability to design implement workflows, dashboards, custom fields.
4. Fluent in English – strong written verbal communication skills finteracting with global teams international clients/vendors.
5. Excellent documentation presentation skills; proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
6. Proactive,ganized, able to work independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.
7. Experience in system integration projects is a strong plus.
8. Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) project management frameworks (PMP, PRINCE2) is advantageous.
