工作職責
1.負責新產品開發階段過程流程圖的規劃，材料清單,特殊特性識別表的制定和下發，主導PFMEA的制作，協助質量工程師編寫控制計劃；
2.負責了解客戶產品裝配特性，特殊特性尺寸的評估、識別和標識；
3.負責新項目開發階段內部試制規劃工藝參數的確認；
4.負責評估所有與項目相關的變更，并主導內部驗證；
5.主導新產品的技術問題點的原因分析及解決對策，必要時通知項目經理召集項目小組共同解決；
6.主導評估在轉量產階段所有工藝的量產可行性；
7.負責對項目開發各階段的工藝問題點匯總和檢討；
8.負責建立新產品BOM表并維護；
9.積極參與項目小組中承擔新項目開發各階段項目經理分配的的工作。
任職資格
1、從事產品開發三年以上工作經驗；
2、熟悉產品開發流程，熟悉制造業流程；
3、熟練使用計算機3D/2D制圖軟件，日常辦公軟件的操作；
4、良好的英語聽說讀寫能力；
5、一定的溝通與協調能力，抗壓能力；
6、有較強的責任心及主導解決問題的能力
