Responsibilities:
●Failure handling yield & product & process improvements
●Write manufacturing working instructions, QCP, FMEA other process documents at the NPI stage modify these documents with production findings process improvements. Train operators to operations according to process documents requirements.
●Continuously improve pass yield (FPY) materials utilization rate to ensure FPY meets the goal.
●Reduction production BOM cost by implementing processes, new materials verification introduction, scrappage improvement, so as to improve product competitiveness.
●Support NPI/R&D by providing PE related assistants to ensure new projects can be moved to Mass Production in time.
●Improve production reliability lead the RMA handling, to analysis the RMA failure, make FA report provide reworking instructions.
Requirements:
●Bachelor’s degree (higher) in Optics, Telecommunication, Physics, Electronics, Photonics, Mechanics equivalent technical discipline. Master’s degree preferred.
●3+ years of working experience in Optical communications/Electronics Manufacturing (related) industry above.
●Product Engineering work experience is preferred. Experience in EDFA, ILS, Yield improvement Cost Reduction.
●Capacity of Project Management, to track project progress gating items required help.
●Good commof English communication, listening, speaking, reading writing. Good spoken English preferred.
