Position Summary
We are looking fField Application Scientist (FAS) to serve as a primary technical field contact four customers in Asia Pacific region. The FAS will function as a liaison between the customer the company. In this capacity he/ she is responsible fthe pre- post-sales onsite technical support market development activities for
products/services including protein expression, antibody discovery on protein analysis.


Role & Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Support
o Partnering with sales to understcustomer needs
o Delivering technical presentations, product demos, seminars, and
webinars
o Evaluating customer requirements proposing tailored solutions

Scientific & Technical Expertise
o Staying updated with research trends, competitproducts, new
technologies
o Acting as subject-matter experts bridging R&D, production, PM,
sales, customers
o Providing valuable customer feedback to R&D product
development teams

Collaboration with Sales & Marketing
o Developing application notes, white papers, case studies
o Representing GenScript at conferences, exhibitions, workshops
·
Training & Internal Enablement
o Training sales teams distributors on product features and
value propositions
o Creating training materials, FAQs, technical documentation


Qualifications
1. MS PhD in
biologics-related fields (e.g., molecular biology, protein sciences, antibody
production, immunology).
2. Experience in antibody discovery, protein production, mRNA, immunotherapy is preferred.
3. Priexperience in technical/customer support, sales, marketing, scientific presentations is advantageous.
4. Fluent English (written verbal) is essential (TOEIC 700+).
5. Proficiency in Japanese Korean is a plus.
