Responsibilities:
1. Quickly respond to customer feedback regarding product quality/application issues.
2. Verify specific information about customer quality/application issues on-site coordinate with the factory to implement temporary improvement measures.
3. Manage mitigate customer quality compliance requirements throughout the process.
4. Coordinate customer-specific complaints drive continuous improvement in both domestic overseas factories.
5. Provide tracking trend analysis of customer satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications:
1. At least a bachelor’s degree in engineering.
2. A minimum of three years of experience in quality/product-related roles within manufacturing, production engineering, and/product engineering.
3. Experience with manufacturing quality requirements in the electronics automotive industries (display industry preferred).
4. Proficiency in both Chinese English, with strong communication skills.
5. Flexibility to travel as required (Biz trip within the city).

3. 在電子或汽車行業(yè)的制造和質量要求方面有經(jīng)驗(顯示行業(yè)優(yōu)先)
4. 精通中文和英語,溝通能力強
5. 具備出差的靈活性(市內出差)
