About the role:
To assist in the comprehensive facilities management on the Client Account. Delivery of services in accordance with the Management Agreement Facilities SOW’s, SLA KPI’s. Support the Facilities Team in the implementation of key initiatives projects.
What this job involves:
Facilities Operations
Lead soft team to ensure the soft services on demand.
Seek ways to constantly reduce costs improve operational standards
Implement, comply with audit all internal management systems, fquality assurance
VendManagement
Assist in the management of contractors on site ensuring they perform to the required standards
Understthe Service Level Agreement of Janitorial Services, review it in need
Daily inspection per request
Direct the vender to compliance the procedures, SOW SLA
Have a meeting with vender leader/manager monthly
Review the vender performance quarterly
Periodical report to clients
Risk Management
Assist in the implementation management of a property risk management program
Follow established escalation procedures incident reporting procedures
Customer Service / Client Relationships:
Provide supericustomer service
Ensure feedback from client sessions is recorded actioned to the satisfaction of the end user.
Pro-actively manage clients expectations ensuring that the service levels are maintained.
Reporting:
Assist in the budgeting process as required
Provide input as required the Report
Active involvement in the monitoring achieving the required Key Performance Indicators
Leadership / Staff Management:
Actively supports teamwork, co-operation & performance excellence within the onsite team

Vendmanagement IFM work related working experience required.
Good communication skills in written verbal English
Ensure the KPI Targets fthe Account are met Interpersonal skills with a strong client focus.
Technical comprehension experience with performance based service contracts vendmanagement
University degree, Independent Self Motivated
Ability to work within a budget
Good leadership management skill
8 years facilities management experience vendmanagement experience
