崗位職責: 工作職責/Job Description: 1.配合上級完成每日生產訂單計劃,產線在制品和5S現場管理 Coordinate with supervisto achieve the daily build plan, ensure WIP 5S under control. 2.日常安全檢查，及時識別并跟進解決不安全狀態和不安全行為 Daily safety check, detect follow up the unsafety action unsafety condition with EHS team. 3.監控和改善生產效率,品質,額外消耗,輔料,報廢,訂單完成率等各項業務指標 Monitimprove product KPIs( efficience, quality, extra consumption, consumable, closedder rate..) 4.參與產線人力需求和產能計劃的制定,并根據生產計劃合理安排員工崗位 Work with supervisto draw up the human resource requires production capacity plan, according the build plan to arrange operatreasonably. 5.和各部門共同合作解決和反饋異常生產問題，確保產線快速恢復正常生產 Work with cross function to slove escalate the abnormal case, ensure the production line resume quickly. 6.記錄每天生產異常事件,并推動相關部門進行改善 Record the daily abnormal case drive related department to improve. 7.員工績效管理, 每月根據員工表現評予相應績效獎勵 Monthly MBO management, evaluate the MBO base on operats performance accordingly. 8.員工技能培訓和關鍵崗位的人力儲備,激勵員工成為多技能工 Responsible fskill training reserve talent fkey station, encourage operatto be multiskilled. 9.持續推動工廠在安全,成本,品質,和交期方面的不斷改善 Drive continuous improvement in the areas of safety, cost, quality, delivery. 10.關注和關愛員工, 定期和員工溝通幫忙員工解決問題，提升員工歸屬感 Care about the staff, communicate with staff regularly provide the help to improve operats sense of belonging. 11.其他領導安排的工作 Execute other duties from superior. 崗位要求/Job Prerequisite: 1.大專及以上學歷，具備英文讀寫能力，口語能滿足工作優先 Professional college above, fluent in speaking, reading, writing English is preferred. 2.有專業消費、汽車電子類管理經驗優先； Have experience on consumer electronics automotive electronics is preferred. 3.良好的溝通技巧，能和團隊成員良好協作 Good communication teamwork 4.優秀的團隊領導力和關愛員工意識 Strong leadership employee care mindset. 5.誠實正直，充滿激情并熱愛學習 Honesty credibility, passionate love learning. 任職要求: 崗位要求/Job Prerequisite: 1.大專及以上學歷，具備英文讀寫能力，口語能滿足工作優先 Professional college above, fluent in speaking, reading, writing English is preferred. 2.有專業消費、汽車電子類管理經驗優先； Have experience on consumer electronics automotive electronics is preferred. 3.良好的溝通技巧，能和團隊成員良好協作 Good communication teamwork 4.優秀的團隊領導力和關愛員工意識 Strong leadership employee care mindset. 5.誠實正直，充滿激情并熱愛學習 Honesty credibility, passionate love learning.
