Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of EMS plant operations, ensuring smooth production, quality assurance, timely delivery.
- Strategic Planning: Develop implement operational strategies that align with business goals, improve capacity, foster continuous improvement.
- Team Management: Lead inspire multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, a high-performance culture.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of product quality, compliance, customer satisfaction by driving robust quality systems.
- Process Optimisation: Streamline manufacturing workflows through lean principles, automation, advanced technologies.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven track record of at least 10 years in senioperational leadership within an EMS electronics manufacturing environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations - Management, a related field (MBA preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of manufacturing systems, lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies, industry-standard certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, IPC).
