Summary:
Manage the in-house patent filing system the IP database; take patent procedural issues in house; generate various patent reports; support IP Group members perform other IP related tasks assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Execute the in-house patent filing OA response filing in China manage the E-filing system;
負責管理公司專利電子申請系統，并使用該系統提交中國專利申請文件及審查意見答復文件；
2. Export China patent prosecution documents official notices from the E-fling system archive them to internal database folder;
負責專利電子申請系統的審查過程文件及通知書導出和歸檔；
3. Execute the internal patent docketing in the Intellectual Property Management System;
使用公司內部知識產權管理系統并負責專利信息的數據錄入；
4. Manage worldwide patent prosecution related documents maintain the patent database;
負責公司專利數據庫的維護及專利文檔歸類整理；
5. Manage patent related official fee payment;
負責專利申請費及年費繳納事項；
6. Communicate coordinate with outside IP/law firms, review invoices;
負責與外部專利律師事務所溝通協調并審閱賬單或發票；


REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bacheldegree;
本科學歷；
2. At least 1 year relevant experience in Intellectual Property filing docketing area;
具備1年及以上專利流程管理經驗者優先；
3. Having Knowledge in China patent laws rules, especially patent application format oficial fee payment related rules.
知曉中國專利法及實施細則規定，尤其是專利申請文件格式及繳費相關規定；
4. Good English skills (CET-6);
英語良好者優先；
5. Essential skills including accuracy, numeracy, persistence attention to details;ganized studious;
細心、專注、有條理并且上進好學；
6. Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-filing Software;
能熟練使用Office辦公軟件，熟悉中國專利電子申請系統；
7. Good communication skills, team player, good sense of responsibility.
擅于溝通，具備良好的團隊合作精神和工作責任心。
