Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled experienced individual to join our IT team as a Lead IT CRM System Architect. This role must have deep hands-on skills in Microsoft CRM (Dynamics 365) Power Platform associated Microsoft technologies, as applied to IT business system solutions. He/she is responsible fnot only designing MS Dynamics 365 based architecture solutions, but also leading a project team consisting of internal IT staff external consultants in implementing supporting the system solutions in a growing global ITganization. Responsibilities: 1.Proactively work with CRM system users world-wide to lead the efforts of translating business requirements technical specification solution development using MS Power Platform Dynamics 365. 2.Analyze, design, lead the technical efforts to develop configure D365 modules, such as Sales, Customer Service, Admin App, to optimize business processes workflows. 3.Lead the technical efforts to design integrate Power Platform, Power Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Azure Network function D365 solutions with other applications, such as Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, third-party services. 4.Apply excellent communication skills, work as Technical Project manager to lead internal IT staff, supervise external consultants, collaborate with functional teams fCRM system enhancement projects. 5.Stay current on the latest capabilities best practices related to the MS Power Platform, Dynamics 365, cloud technologies. 6.Manage own the technical designs, configurations, processes to maintain comprehensive record fdeveloped solutions. 7.Organize lead CRM system training knowledge-sharing to empower users to adopt Power Platform D365 based solutions. Qualifications: ?Bachelor’s degree in computer science a related discipline. ?Total of 10-15 years IT software development experience, with 5+ years hands-on experience in MS Dynamics, Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, Azure Network function gained in an ITganization. ?Seasoned in large-scale IT projects IT system supports fhi-tech companies. ?IT system ownership experience including user support. ?Strong communication,ganizational influential skills as a confident yet flexible technology leader. ?Good knowledge in lead-to-opportunity business processes, sales force automation, quotation management, workflow design. ?Good knowledge in data analytics SQL; data/system integration.
