Responsibilities
1. Act as the first point of contact fparents visitors to the site, answering enquiries, showing them the campus putting them in contact with staff whom they wish to see.
2. Act as a point of contact fparents visitors who communicate with Dulwich by telephone, e-mail post, putting them in contact with those whom they wish to see.
3. Ensure that facilities, furniture material are safe, pleasant to use available in sufficient quantities.
4. Receive work requests from the staff at the campus, ensuring that they are properly filled out, recorded followed up.
5. Receive items at the campus (e.g.,water, fruit, snacks, academic materials, mail) ensure they are delivered to the correct location within the campus.
6. Keep copies of all forms used by Operations, Human Resources Finance assist staff to complete them properly.
7. Ensure that invoices particular to the campus (e.g., rent, utilities, water, lunches, snacks, etc.) are accurate complete before sending to Operations Department fproper signatures.
8. Record monthly staff attendance overtime submit reports to Human Resources.
9. Provide first line supervision quality control fall operational services at the campus, to include cleaning, catering, security, grounds maintenance shared storage condition of public spaces.
10. Translate, keep send out documents from teachers that needed to be sent out to parents upload to parent portal.
11. Administer petty cash emergency cash funds.
12. Distribute collect important documents such as contracts passports, particularly on behalf of Human Resources.
13. To ensure that all lists (attendance, telephone, allergy, etc.) are up to date disseminated manage student files.
14. Liaise with the Operations Department over all site related matters (catering, supplies, furniture repairs, busganisation) forwarding any issues raised by parents campus employees.
15. Collect forward applications fees fCollege goods services, e.g., DCP, uniform sales, tuition, busses lunches.
16. Maintain campus staff telephone lists.
17. BR arrange payment in D365.
18. Support the Head of School in arranging transportation related logistics.
19. Book rooms fmeetings parent workshops .
20. Act as a key point of liaison between the Head of School Security, supporting the identification of incidents through CCTV footage assisting in locating missing lost students when required.
21. Support the identification of resource needs across the school, including conducting maintaining resource audits.
22. Provide translation support fthe Head of School when required to support clear communication with families staff.
23. Manage maintain the Head of School’s diary, ensuring effective scheduling prioritisation of meetings commitments.
24. Support the coordination,ganisation of school events.
25. Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, follow up on actions fmeetings led by the Head of School.
26. Support the school in managing late arrivals early colections.
27. Monitstudents with poattendance, in line with school policies procedures.

Skills Experience Required
? 5 years of related working experience.
? At least 2 years of experience in a related role
? Ability to build relationships with DUCKS team
? Ability to work with teachers (both expat local), students parents. Must be patient thorough.
? Ability to express her/his view on related work openly
? Bachelor’s degree required
? Good attitude to work, sense of initiative strong responsibility. A sense of humour is a requisite.
? Good computer skills-including Microsoft Word, Excel, ISAMS, Sharepoint, Access email
? Ability to multitask
? Language ability-fluent Mandarin Chinese & English
