崗位職責: -As translational science representative of assigned programs/projects, under the supervision of TS Strategy Lead, the TS Strategy Scientist will be responsible fadvancing the science of early development, bridging across research, preclinical clinical functions to define clinical biomarker activity in first clinical indications. -In the assigned programs/projects, s/he will be responsible fdesigning implementing biomarker diagnostics strategy from early development to Phase III trials. In the assigned programs/projects, s/he will drive the translational research collaboration with scientific/clinical KOLs to support strategy development fFIH early development. 任職要求: -Around 1~2 years’ experience in clinical development in pharmaceutical company, biotech company, diagnostics company; outstanding fresh graduate will also be considered; -Good track record in translational science including hands-on experience in clinical biomarker strategy development will be a plus; -Technical expert in any of mentioned field, but not limited to, histopathology, molecular biology, immunogenicity, NGS, etc. -An understanding of GCP/GCLP ICH requirements, experience with supporting IND/CTA filings; -Excellent written/verbal communication skills, project management skills
