Who you are:
● 負責Filter 組裝有關的工藝標準化與持續改善。同時協助和促進產品轉移/新產品項目在本地的開展
Responsible fProcess Standardization improvement which related with Filter assembly, as well as the local project coordinatpromoter ftransfer/new products
● 主導實施ALPS&LSS，運作綠帶/黑帶項目
Lead ALPS & LSS implementation, Run Green Belt / Black Belt projects.
About the job:
General通用部分:
● 為整個工藝負責, 統籌規劃工藝體系，包含:根本問題分析，工藝與布局，節拍
Responsibility fall the manufacture procedure as leader, not only fprocess itself, Arrange the manufacture system from whole view, including Root cause, Layout, Process STD
● 設定工藝與實現工藝的標準化
Setup Process, Process Standardization
● 負責新產品導入和技術轉移，包括樣品的試制和測試以及產品在生產中各類相關技術文件的編制（如BOM、作業指導書、產品質量控制指導書等文件
Responsible fnew products related technology introduction including trail production testing, as well as all kinds of technical documentation compilation when in production (i.e. BOM, work instruction, processing card, quality planning)
● 對新產品的導入進行必要的風險評估，協調和促進新產品項目在本地的開展
Evaluate the risk of new products introduction in China, coordinate promote the new products localization
● 完成與Filter組裝有關的工裝模具和夾具的設計和制造
Design accomplish the mold fixture which relate with Filter assembly process
● 支持和調試新項目(包括變更與特殊訂單)
Launch support new project（including MCN/DN/Specialder）
● 確保維護ERP系統內BOM/Routing數據的準確
Maintenance the BOM/routing in ERP system Dynamics
● 為生產線提供工裝設計、工藝圖紙、技術支持
In time provide fixture design, process drawing, technical support
● 精通持續改善和質量意識
Skilled in Continual Improvement quality sense
● 作業現場的技術指導、質量問題的分析與解決
Technical supporting fworkshop, relative quality issues analysis solving
● 培訓生產產品與工藝知識
Training department colleagues to have production/process knowledge
● 協助質量部門.解決有關生產方面的客戶投訴,給出解決方案并改進現有問題
Support Quality Department, focus on Claim regarding the production, provide short term long-term solution, improve current process.
● 提供有效的技術支持，以協助采購部建立穩定合格的供應商
Providing efficient technical support to PD to establish rational management on supplier system
● 推動并實施區域內的項目與活動，持續優化合同訂單流程及相關工具
Drive projects activities within the field, continuously improve our production process tools
● 推動持續改進文化，落實ALPS STC相關工作

● ALPS Progress Days / ALPS Installation差距的分析和提升跟蹤

● 主導推進改善活動（包括價值流、標準作業程序、5S、TPM、PRP等）
Lead Kaizen events (VSM, SOPs, 5S, TPM, PRP, etc.)
● 支持日常持續改進工作（PRP問題快速解決、5S現場管理、標準化作業SB等）
Support daily CI (PRP, 5S, SB, etc.)
● 執行以標準作業程序為基礎
Execute administrative work with SOP as a base

Be active in problem resolution
● 支持本地及部門的ALPS 基礎知識培訓
Support local depart ALPS basic training
What you know:
● 本科, 主修機械/材料/其他相關專業或等同工作能力
Bachelor’s degree, majin mechanism other related equivalent
● 具有從事機械設備裝配行業相關工作3-5年工作經驗
Above 3-5 years work experience in manufacture area
● 了解BOM/Routing/標準化
Good experience in BOM & Routing maintain. Familiar with Standardization
● 能熟練使用電腦、辦公軟件、AutoCAD
Good PC skill, MS-Office, AutoCAD software
● 機械產品的焊接，機加，組裝或者測試知識
Experience in Assembly/ machining /Test area
● 具備綠帶能力,或者具備項目管理的能力
GB level，Have project management mindset. Black belt is strong benefit.
● 良好的英語溝通能力
Fluent English inal written
