職責描述:
1. Recruiting process
? Managing whole BC/Contract workers recruiting procedure are completed in compliance with company policies government regulations;
? Managing WC recruiting procedure are completed in compliance with company policies government regulations by instructing /advising/ searching & selecting CV/interviewing Junilevel position/onboarding follow up;
? Coordinate internal manpower sharing according to business needs;
? Maintain recruiting KPI according to company requirement;
? Support HC cost updating;
2. Employment/Termination process
? Make sure the employment procedure of newcomers termination procedures are completed in compliance with company policies government regulations
? Send employee contract renewal list to LM fnext quarter trace signing situation in timely manner. Keep all contract effective legal in request timeline;
? Responsible fonboarding checkup list, co-ordinate the follow up talk between newcomers/LM/HR Generalist. Provide feedback to LM HR Generalist according to observation;
? Exit talk with BC provide to HRM dedicate HR Generalist, co-ordinate the exit talk fWC by dedicated HR Generalist;
3. Qualification obtain process
? Make sure all qualification of special position are meet our business needs relevant regulation requirement;
? Design yearly certification training plan get approval from MD;
? Review the certification needs from department, handle the approval process;
? Co-ordinate the communication about certification obtain activity with cross function;
Provide below HR service:
1. Maintain HR report with no mistake no delay, more details find in attachment;
2. Keep all the personnel file (both personal file electric file) up-to-date ensure proper maintenance directly;
3. Prepare announcement fpersonnel changes fapproval, announce the welcome announcement after approved;
4. Support payroll with newcomer/leaver information in time no mistake;
5. Support HR Generalist to provide HR service to factory/department, other continuous improvement activity;
6. Q&A to employees about routine HR procedure according to HR manual relevant policy/regulation;
7. Other HRM assigned tasks;
