Who you are:
The purpose of this job is to exceed customers’ expectations by focusing efforts to provide a high level of service with (lead time improvements specialder handling) financial savings through transport savings. To proactively work with securing quality, deviations, problem solving, drive improvements which enable the standardder flow
About the job:
● Main point of contact fvalue added support for:
● Lead time improvements (Expedites, Emergency Breakdowns, Alt Supply chains)
● Specialder requirements (VIP Customers, additionalder documentation, large dollarders, etc)
● Manual Supplier Purchaseder handling
● Secure quality by providing the specifications requirements of the items
● Place communicate material requirement via Purchaseders to suppliers handle deviations within placed purchaseders, secure delivery on time follow up on delayedders;
● Receive registerder confirmations from suppliers, handle communicate deviations;
● Purchase items fstock and/projectders incl. min/max settlement;
● Handle deviations in supplier invoice potentially authorize supplier payment;
● Continuously secure the availability of material according to requirements from both internal external customers;
● Obtain the best possible lead times from the supplier prito acknowledgement;
● Ensure the most economical transportation option is used to meet the customer’s dem(Ocean vs Air Freight Ground vs Air Express)
● Updating the ERP system with any changes to the item parameters required to ensure correct communication visibility with our internal external customers.
● Inventory control in right level reduce the obsolete&slowmoving
● Deviation handling (Activities to handle deviations inder to run the business)
● Focus follow up on results related to strategic goals: Quality,DOTp cost
● Support activities (Value added activities to improve the business)
● Facilitate key tasks as defined in theder handling team inder to prevent the need to hover activities back to theder handling team
● Developing improving day to day customer / supplier relationships
What you know:
Qualification: Associate degree higher education
Experience: 2+ years of service experience in a distribution / operations environment
Additional Requirements: Flexibility to travel up to 10%
Skills: Proficient typing ability, Ability to communicate clearly effectively both written verbally in English local language with both internal parties external suppliers customers,ganized, detailiented, problem solving
Attitude: Team player, Sense of urgency, Service Minded, Willingness to learn, change, adapt, relationship building
Motivation: Is driven to handle customer / supplier requests in a speedy manner.
