85 負(fù)責(zé)功率模塊Cooler的開發(fā)，包括Cooler散熱設(shè)計(jì)，機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)，技術(shù)文檔的創(chuàng)建與維護(hù)，供應(yīng)商定點(diǎn)，樣品問(wèn)題解決，批產(chǎn)認(rèn)可
Responsible fthe development of cooler of power module, including cooler thermal design，mechanical design, creation maintenance of technical documents, supplier designation, sample problem solving, batch approval

任職要求:
85 金屬材料，機(jī)械動(dòng)力工程等功率模塊封裝相關(guān)專業(yè)碩士以上學(xué)歷
Mechanical power engineering other power module packaging related majors with a masters degree above
85 具有電鍍，釬焊經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
Experience in plating brazing is preferred
85 掌握NX， icepack，或其他類似軟件
Master NX, icepack, other similar software
85 獨(dú)立的問(wèn)題分析與解決能力
Independent problem analysis solving skills
85 誠(chéng)實(shí)、積極主動(dòng)、創(chuàng)新、具備快速學(xué)習(xí)能力
Honest, proactive, innovative, able to learn quickly;
