Key Responsibilities:
85 Ensure operations in the respect of the budget commercial demand, Chinese laws, regulations company requirements in terms of HSE-Q.
85 Oversees all the operation activities functions (acrylic acid, esters, utilities with annual production higher than 400 K tons) under the management supervision within the framework of the company objectives, policies, strategies, programs.
85 Drive the team (180 employees) through continuous improvement to operational excellence in safety, compliance, reliability, competitiveness with strong teamwork with each department.
85 Implement the strategy, objective, target in a systematic way to ensure the consistent high-level performance of the team.
85 Foster a motivating operations culture through lean manufacturing.
85 Set up develop the talent pipeline, continuously improve the capabilities of the team to ensure a healthy talent pool.
85 Able to drive the change management.
85 Member of the site leadership team.

Key Qualifications:
Education Level:
85 Bachelor’s degree above, majin Chemical Engineering the related.
Experience:
85 More than 15 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment equivalent including more than 5 years’ experience in large-scale chemical industry with continuous production.
85 A significant successful experience managing a big operations team with shift operations, preferably 100+ employees minimum 50.
85 A significant experience in the technical management of operations of a big chemical plant with majhazards.
