We are seeking a highly skilled motivated scientist specializing in precious metal powder catalysts to join our R&D team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in catalyst development, scale-up, as well as hands-on experience in catalyst performance evaluation in reactors (batch fixed-bed). This role requires a combination of technical excellence, innovative thinking, practical application skills to support our advanced catalyst programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES：
Research & Development:
61Design execute experiments fthe development of precious metal powder catalysts.
61Optimize catalyst formulations processes fscale-up commercial production.
Performance Evaluation:
61Conduct catalyst performance tests in reactors (reaction vessels fixed-bed systems) under various operating conditions.
61Analyze interpret experimental data to improve catalyst efficiency stability.
Process Improvement:
61Develop implement testing standards procedures in collaboration with senicolleagues.
61Translate research findings practical applications findustrial processes.
Collaboration:
61Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success compliance with safety regulatory standards.
REQUIREMENTS：
Education:
61Ph.D. in catalysis,ganic chemistry, material chemistry, related field with ≥3 years industrial experience in catalyst development.
61Master’s degree in the same fields with ≥5 years relevant experience.
Technical Expertise:
61Proven experience in precious metal powder catalyst development, scale-up, production.
61Hands-on experience in catalyst performance evaluation in reactors (batch fixed-bed).
Skills & Competencies:
