1.內(nèi)部傳播與內(nèi)容建設: 參與內(nèi)部傳播體系規(guī)劃,負責新聞稿、宣傳材料等文案策劃與撰寫;協(xié)助維護企業(yè)海內(nèi)外傳播渠道。
Content Creat& Storyteller: Own the development of our internal voice. Write, edit, produce engaging content—from company news announcements to creative campaigns—four global channels.
2. 活動策劃與執(zhí)行: 協(xié)助策劃、組織并執(zhí)行公司級各類文化活動,確保活動效果達成。
Experience Architect: Design, plan, execute company-wide cultural events programs that inspire our teams reinforce our values.
3. 流程支持與跨部門協(xié)作: 參與文化行政流程優(yōu)化,協(xié)助推動跨部門、跨地域協(xié)作項目,提升組織運營效率。
Collaboration Catalyst: Work cross-functionally across regions to streamline processes lead initiatives that enhance how we operate work together.
4. 綜合素養(yǎng): 形象氣質(zhì)佳,溝通親和力強,服務意識與組織協(xié)調(diào)能力突出;

1. 研究生及以上學歷,專業(yè)不限。
Education: Hold a Masters degree above. Your field of study is less important than your passion skills.
2. 語言能力: 英語口語流利,可作為工作語言(托福≥80/雅思≥6.0)。
Communication Mastery: You are fluent in English (working proficiency, TOEFL ≥80 / IELTS ≥6.0). Your words have impact.
3. 個人特質(zhì): 勤奮細致、正向陽光、抗壓性強,適應跨地域輪崗。具備學生會、新媒體運營等相關(guān)經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先。
