SeniAutomation Engineer (Ansible & Python) - Backup Operations
We are seeking a highly skilled SeniAutomation Engineer to lead the design, development, implementation of robust automation solutions four backup recovery operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Ansible Python, a strong background in IT infrastructure, a proven track record of streamlining operational processes to improve efficiency reliability across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include leading the design of automation frameworks with Ansible Python fbackup recovery processes, developing maintaining automation scripts playbooks, automating routine backup tasks such as scheduling monitoring. The role also involves integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines ITSM tools, troubleshooting scripts, promoting Infrastructure as Code fbackup configurations, ensuring automation complies with security compliance requirements. Collaboration with other teams providing technical guidance are also key aspects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure automation DevOps, with expert-level knowledge of Ansible strong Python skills fautomation. A solid understanding of Linux/Unix is required, with Windows automation experience with enterprise backup solutions being beneficial. Familiarity with CI/CD principles tools like Jenkins GitLab CI, along with Git, is important. Experience automating tasks on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
