Job Purpose :
To timely efficiently handle secretarial affairs fmanagement team.
Job Dimensions :
1. Internal interface: interface with CSPC colleagues at various levels, esp. management team, line managers, department secretaries.
2. External interface: visitors from outside including shareholders.
Principal Accountabilities :
1. Provide secretarial administrative support to Management Team in daily work, such as preparing correspondence, internal & external liaison, receiving visitors, translating, arranging travels, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings.
2. Provide assistance to Management Team in conducting research, handling information requests.
3. Control manage the documents files fManagement Team.
4. Coordinate internally externally fsubmission of Monthly Reports Board Meeting papers.
5. Coordinate logistics arrangements fBoard Meetings Operation Steering Committee Meetings.
6. Issue delegation of authority on behalf of Management Team.
7. To be the Secretary of the Management Team Meetings by issuing the agenda, taking/issuing meeting minutes action items list. Also coordinate with other directors to issue the status report on action item follow-ups.
8. Other tasks assigned by management team including project/analyst work in other functions.
Qualifications & Experience :
1. Educational background:
University graduate (secondary school other tertiary education qualifications may be considered in exceptional cases).
Majin Law Human Resources is preferred.
2. Work experience:
Preferably with some working experiences (3 years) in a multi-national company JV.
3. Language proficiency:
Fluent in spoken written English.
4. PC skills: Proficient in PC skills.
