工作職責:
工作目的
Provide level SAP BW/BI support to CSPC relevant business units.

Application scope includes SAP BW/4HANA, SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud), Tableau, associated interfaces.

工作職責
1. Play majtechnical role in SAP C3/PC integration business transformation projects, in BI related areas.
2. Responsible fplanning realizing the evolution of CSPC overall SAP BI related applications
3. Responsible fthe maintenance support of CSPC SAP BI applications ensure its stability, availability security through outsourcing services internal IT support
4. Provide level support fproblems queries raised by CSPC end-users. In the case of problems escalated to second level support, ensure proper coordination with the second level SAP support to ensure end-to-end resolution of the problem.
5. In the case of enhancement requests – engage with the business to understthe requirements, develop detail functional specifications develop/implement the request. In cases where the request is escalated to second line support, coordinate with the second line support consultant to ensure end-to-end development implementation of the change request.
6. In the case of Change Requests:
7. Understanalyse the business requirement. This will call fextensive engagement with a wide range of SAP Key Users, Focal Points Process Owners. Ensure that the CR takes the overall CSPC focus not limited to a specific departmental focus. Advice Business on impact across the various departments.
8. Work with relevant SAP support staff to ensure that SAP integration aspects are addressed.
9. Help the Change Requestget the change approved by the Change Panel
10. Once the change is approved, develop a project plan implement the change – functional technical design, UAT, training, documentation.
11. To be the backup of other SAP module support, assist L1 to resolve SR, Enhancement Change Requests.
12. Coordinate the Nanhai SAP Support team business key users to manage documentations in compliance with the company’s policy

任職資格:
1. Educational background:
61 University education at degree level, preferred information technology background.
2. Work experience:
61 10+ years of technical experience with SAP BW, SAP BO, proficient in BW4/HANA modeling development.
61 3+ years of experience in highly interactive reports dashboards. Familiar with Tableau, SAP-SAC BI tools. Familiar with SAP SAC planning. At least 3 BI related project delivery experience.
61 Familiar with SAP ERP system, such as FI, MM, SD, PP is plus.
61 Basic ABAP skill fdebug small development is plus.
61 PMP certificate is plus.
61 Petrochemical industry experience is plus.
3. Language proficiency:
61 Effective communication skills – fluent in both spoken written English.
