Job Purpose
To support FNC Controller Head of Internal Control on the control of credit release issue implement company credit policy achieve credit work in responsible area, the setting up continuously improving integrated internal control & compliance framework system fCSPC.
Job Dimensions
This role will handle customers’ payment with about CNY 2 bln annually.
The key relationship: Internal- CSPC commercial team, Finance team, some of management team line managers;
External-CSPC customer, auditors
Decisions made: follow defined internal financial government procedures the instruction by supervisor.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Support the Head in daily credit management BP DSO target setting.
2. Assist MT frisk management, drive all dept. to conduct regular risk review ensure company-level risk report are reported to MT/Board timely;
3. Carry out CSA processing continuously improve the overall self-control process, the procedure regularly;
4. Assist FN FNC to carry out LOA process;
5. Regularly review assess MOA execution process with stakeholders, make adequate revise to meet the demof business development;
6. Regularly review the BCP procedure, conduct BCP Drill process prepare the related reporting materials;
7. Regularly review the Critical Spreadsheet mgt. procedure , coordinate to conduct regular review self-assessment process;
8. Act as FN quality focal point, coordinate quality monitoring, services provision improvement, annual mgt. review facilitation, the FN Quality Manual regularly;
9. Other internal control works (such as Year End Letter fcustomers/contractors, etc.).
任職資格
1. Educational background:
? Finance professional who is a qualified accountant equivalent.
2. Work experience:
? Minimum 4 years experience in areas of financial management accounting, internal controls aspects of tax related in multi-national companies CPA firms.
? Experience in a Joint Venture company, Petrochemical Plant /in multi-national company is considered advantageous.
3. Language proficiency:
? Fluent in spoken written English Chinese/Mandarin.
? English level CET>6 equivalent.
4. PC skills:
? Good Computer knowledge skills. Hands-on knowledge of SAP Finance/Controlling is preferred.
5. Personal Qualification
? Possess excellent communication coordination skills, be capable of effectively collaborating with different departments.
? Possess excellent analytical problem-solving skills, be capable of independently handling complex work issues.
