崗位職責(zé)
? 負(fù)責(zé) Oasis 平臺核心業(yè)務(wù)模塊 的 Java 應(yīng)用開發(fā)與系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)；
? 參與 低代碼平臺核心組件開發(fā)，包括配置化引擎、頁面生成器與擴(kuò)展組件的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)；
? 參與 智能工作臺與 MCP 微服務(wù) 的產(chǎn)品研發(fā)與集成落地；
? 完成后端服務(wù)開發(fā)、接口設(shè)計(jì)、性能優(yōu)化、分布式架構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)；
? 參與 跨系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)流轉(zhuǎn)與集成，實(shí)現(xiàn) CRM、ERP、智能制造系統(tǒng)的無縫對接；
? 在需要時(shí)承擔(dān)一定的 前端開發(fā)任務(wù)，基于 React/Next.js 實(shí)現(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)功能與頁面；
? 持續(xù)跟進(jìn)產(chǎn)品需求，完善現(xiàn)有功能模塊或研發(fā)新模塊，保障平臺的穩(wěn)定性與可擴(kuò)展性；
? 協(xié)作產(chǎn)品、架構(gòu)、前端團(tuán)隊(duì)，推動(dòng) 全棧化交付，保障端到端業(yè)務(wù)場景落地；
? 探索并實(shí)踐 AI 驅(qū)動(dòng)的后端與智能體協(xié)作模式，推動(dòng)平臺智能化發(fā)展。

任職要求
? 本科及以上學(xué)歷，計(jì)算機(jī)相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先，具備良好的 英文技術(shù)文檔閱讀能力（口語溝通非必須）；
? 3+ 年以上 Java 開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，精通 SpringBoot、SpringCloud、MyBatis 等主流框架；
? 熟悉 微服務(wù)、分布式架構(gòu)，掌握常見中間件（MQ、Nginx）及容器化（Docker、K8s）；
? 熟練掌握關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫（MySQL/Oracle/DB2/SQLServer）與至少一種非關(guān)系型數(shù)據(jù)庫（MongoDB/Redis/Elasticsearch）；
? 有 ToB 產(chǎn)品研發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)必備，熟悉平臺型產(chǎn)品特性；
? 至少 1+ 年 React/前端框架實(shí)戰(zhàn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)（React、Vue、Next.js 等均可），能承擔(dān)部分前端任務(wù)；
? 熟悉 JavaScript、HTML5、CSS、Ajax 等前端基礎(chǔ)技術(shù)；
? 熟悉 跨系統(tǒng)集成（API、GraphQL、SSO），理解前端安全與權(quán)限模型（RBAC/ABAC/多維授權(quán)）；
? 對 低代碼平臺研發(fā) 有興趣或經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；
? 對 AI 驅(qū)動(dòng)的系統(tǒng)開發(fā) 有興趣或?qū)嵺`經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
? 有開源貢獻(xiàn)、技術(shù)社區(qū)分享或國際化項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

Responsibilities
? Develop implement core business modules of the Oasis platform with Java;
? Contribute to the development of low-code platform components, including configuration-driven engines, page builders, extension modules;
? Participate in the development integration of the intelligent workspace MCP microservices;
? Design backend services, APIs, distributed architectures, focusing on performance scalability;
? Build maintain cross-system integrations data-flow solutions (CRM, ERP, manufacturing, etc.);
? Take on front-end tasks when needed, using React/Next.js to deliver functional pages;
? Continuously improve existing modules develop new ones based on evolving product requirements, ensuring platform stability scalability;
? Collaborate with product managers, architects, front-end engineers to deliver end-to-end product solutions;
? Explore implement AI-driven backend intelligent agent collaboration patterns, supporting the platform’s evolution.

Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree above in Computer Science related fields; ability to read English technical documentation (speaking not required);
? 5+ years of Java development experience, proficient with SpringBoot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis;
? Solid knowledge of microservices distributed systems, middleware (MQ, Nginx), containerization (Docker, K8s);
? Strong experience with relational databases (MySQL/Oracle/DB2/SQLServer) at least one NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis/Elasticsearch);
? ToB product development experience required, with knowledge of enterprise/platform systems;
? 1+ year of hands-on React/front-end framework experience (React, Vue, Next.js), capable of taking on partial front-end tasks;
? Familiar with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Ajax fbasic front-end development;
? Experience with cross-system integration (API, GraphQL, SSO) understanding of security/permission models (RBAC/ABAC/multi-dimensional auth);
? Interest experience in low-code platform development is a plus;
? Interest experience in AI-driven system development is a plus;
? Open-source contributions, tech talks, international project experience preferred.
