安全和職業健康：Safety & Health：Follow the companys HSE management operation processes; work with colleagues to continuously optimize the work environment safety. . 遵循公司HSE的各項管理、操作流程；和同事一起，不斷提升工作環境的安全。
質量：Quality：Strictly follow the approved standard operating procedures fill in operation records in a timely accurate manner according to good documentation practices. Work with colleagues to continuously improve good manufacturing practices at production. 嚴格按照批準的標準操作流程進行生產操作；按照優良記錄實踐的要求，及時地、準確地填寫操作記錄。和生產同事一起，不斷提高優良生產操作（GMP）。
生產操作和設備管理 Production Operation Equipment Administration：1）Work with colleagues to complete the production as planned, according to the approved operating standards, including setup, changeover, adjustment, cleaning, etc. During production, closely monitequipment health status, promptly fix any equipment malfunctions (less than 30 minutes with work instructions) that are under administration. 與同事合作，按照批準的操作標準完成計劃的生產計活動，包括開線、換模、參數調整、清潔等。生產過程中，密切關注設備的健康狀態，及時修復所負責管理的設備故障問題（30分鐘內的小停機；已提供維修作業指導書）。2）Work with colleagues to complete planned maintenance activities, according to the approved maintenance standards. 根據批準的維護標準，與同事一起完成計劃的維護活動。3）Support production colleagues to optimize the equipment operating standards as required, including operating procedures, work instructions, operating centerlines, etc. 根據需要，支持生產同事優化設備操作標準，包括操作標準，作業指導書，操作中心線等。4）Support engineering colleagues to optimize the equipment maintenance standards as required, e.g., maintenance work instructions, inspection instructions, lubrication instructions, etc.根據需要，支持工程同事優化設備維護工作指導書，檢查指導書，潤滑指導書等。5）Work with colleagues to continuously improve line operation performance, e.g., OEE, UPDT, PDT, stops, Yield, etc. 和同事一起，持續提高生產線的運營績效，如設備效率，非計劃停機時間，計劃性停機時間，停機次數，收率。
其他：1）Work with colleagues to continuously eliminate line operation waste. 和同事一起，持續減浪費。2）Support to conduct staff training. 協助完成員工的培訓。3）Complete tasks assigned by manager. 完成經理安排的其他任務。
WHO YOU ARE
Education: high school above
教育經歷：高中或以上
More than two years of experience in the production of solid preparations cosmetics food manufacturing
兩年以上固體制劑生產經驗或化妝品、食品生產制造經驗
Ability to troubleshooting problem-solving
具有一定的故障排除以及問題解決能力
Specialized Training: GMP training is preferred

Knowledge & Skills: Basic English computer skills
