YOUR TASKS RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Make product strategy promotional activities.
2. recommend a clearly defined Long-term product marketing strategies (3 – 5 years) fconsumables to achieving overall business objectives.
3. Analyze market trends, customer insight, competition policies impacts to define business opportunities recommend strategy changes when necessary based on the analysis feedback;
4. Define, implement evaluate the Annual Market Plan with details of Marketing Activities, Sales Target Expense. Manage control approved annual P&L budget;
5.Product life cycle management of responsible product/portfolio. Develop pricing structure.
6.Provide marketing/training support to the business team (sales, technical/clinical support distributors).
7. work closely with sales technology team to define product competitive opportunities. Fine clinical data gap work together with medical team to define data generation plan.
8. Work closely with other internal teams i.e. regulatory supply chain, etc. to drive cross function collaboration leverage cross functional resources;
WHO YOU ARE
1.Bachelor’s degree above with medical related majors
2.More than 6 years’ experience in sales marketing management in medical device consumables.
3. Strong strategic initiative.
4. Marketing related competencies.
5. Goodal written English
6. High sense of responsibility self-motivation, able to withstpressure
