? Show our products services to our existing potential customers through roadshows brexhibitions. In special times, information communication is carried out in the form of face-to-face meeting teleconference.
? Sign manage strategic contracts fkey customers. 80% of time delicate in sales meetings customer dovisiting to help the team achieve sales payment goals.
? Co-op with MKT/TMKT team, plan implement promotions. Track doors offtake performance improve Luxottica brands’ instore visibility image.
? Co-op with training team, plan implement training plans in assigned territory.
? Regional key customers regularly JBP review business plan design.
? Monitoring reporting competitindustry information in the area from whole business aspect.

? 通過品牌路演,品牌展會,向我們的現有客戶和潛在客戶展示我們的產品和服務。在特殊時期通過面對面會議、電話會議的形式進行信息溝通;
? 重點客戶戰略合同的簽署與管理,80%的時間用于銷售會議和客戶眼鏡店的訪問,協助團隊達成銷售及回款目標;
? 通過與全國通路營銷團隊密切合作,策劃和執行營銷活動;提升區域客戶門店零售表現,并持續改善公司品牌在店內的形象及展示;
? 通過與培訓團隊合作,計劃和實施區域培訓;
? 區域重點客戶定期JBP回顧,并定制聯合生意方案;
? 從總體業務角度監控區域競爭對手和行業信息并及時傳達報告。
Required Experience & Skills :
經驗及技能要求:
? Bachelor’s degree, good commof English good computer skill is a big plus
? 5 plus years of sales experience with not less than 3 years experience in consumer goods wholesale/distribution companies. Fashion/Retail background is a plus.
? Team management skill ready to support others.
? Strong negotiation skills ability to ‘close the deal’.
? Strong client management/coaching skills.
? Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas solutions.
? Ability to use own initiative pay close attention to details.
? Ability to cope with competing demands to priorities tasks.
? Strong communication skills in all forms including written,al, email, telephone, presentation.
? Excellentganizational time management skills.
? A positive attitude to dealing with internal external relationships.
? Capable of working independently having responsibility not only as an individual but as a team leader.
