Accountabilities 1. Responsible fsales & marketing categories (mainly fmarketing & sales events, POSMs, Innovation product pkg, etc.) sourcing, negotiation, contracting supplier management. 2. Implement category sourcing strategy. 3. Understsupply demmarket, category supply market, cost structure. 4. Maintain supplier database make cost driver analysis, set up renew cost model. 5. Cooperate with cross functions to support the innovation project proceed. 6. Have an insight innovation new supplier development to deliver expected saving on the basis of total supply chain cost. Education 1. Bacheldegree 2. 5+ years related working experience of indirect buying in multi-national company Experience 1. Knowledge experience in commercial (sales marketing) preferred 2. Knowledge experience in FMCG company is a plus Technical Competencies 1. Purchasing in a consumer goods, distribution service environment 2. 3~6 years related working experience in Buying of multi-national company 3. Supplier qualification negotiations skill 4. Working with automated procurement sourcing to pay systems 5. Cross-functional team participation 6. Ability to communicate clearly concisely, bothally in writing (Good communication skill in both Chinese English) 7. Ability to balance multiple priorities 8. Ability to work independently, implement processes 9. Strongganizational problem-solving skills 10. Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects activities 11. Skillful in computer software: Excel, Words, MS Office, Website access & research etc 12. Able to travel in mainlChina 13.
