Deploy emerging technologies, process improvement methodologies predictive analytics to minimize variability to problem solve futureproof Bayer’s operations
Drives projects in design implementation of new business capabilities
Promotes on how best to capture new emerging growth opportunities by leveraging technology as an enabler
Constantly keeps a close eye on industry technology trends brings their impacts towards businessganization to future capabilities
Develops maintains a strong digital eco system partnership with a focus on innovation
Develop a good understanding of Bayer’s end-to-end value chain as well as competitive companies industries.
Engage build relationship & trust with stakeholders in most professional & ethical manner
Defines the value case finvestments secures close follow up during deployment adoption to realise value
Ensure close alignment with global teams to ensure leveraging of global best practices processes within the Asia region
Tracks the value generated from the transformation programs

WHO YOU ARE
Basic degree in a technical field, Master degree in business field from Tier I college
Internships/research projects showcasing implementation practicability capabilities
At least 2 years of working experience, either in agriculture industry in a manufacturing environment
Excellent project management, interpersonalganizational skills, with the ability to drive implement ideas in a challenging environment.
Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter go-getter
Global perspective with good strategic planning skills
E2E decision making with keen business acumen financial evaluation capability
Effective analytical skills, with the ability to tackle highly strategic challenging business problems.
Data-driven decision making in engineering, quality, production network performance
Curiosity learning agility
Mobility
Ability to collaborate negotiate effectively
Excellent communication presentation skills
Fluent in English, both written spoken
