YOUR TASKS RESPONSIBILITIES

Enable resource talent shifts as a Catalyst based on market customer opportunities. Balance competing resource demands make informed trade-offs (e.g., based on expected customer impact, return on investment, competitive dynamics) to enable the team to respond quickly to regional business demands. Optimize efficiencies across geographies brands to maximize available resources.
Establish maintain important relationships with academic leaders through regular visits cooperative projects.
Recruit qualified personnel foster a high-performance culture that encourages long-term career planning with Bayer; develop talent pipelines to support team growth adaptability.
Lead the regional team as a VACC leader, ensuring a visionary team with the required capabilities by applying DSO principles.

WHO YOU ARE

Education:?University degree in a medical related field.
Experience:?A minimum of five years of sales management experience in the medical industry, preferably within a multinational corporation (MNC).
Knowledge & Skills:
Extensive knowledge of products sales promotion.
Strong sales management leadership abilities.
Excellent communication authorization skills.
Good negotiation skills.
Willingness to accept challenges.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good commof both written spoken English Madarin.
