Effective demgeneration digital Promotion
Grow absolute IGP through Pricing levers such as GtN planning seasonal policy
12-36 months S&OP planning / effective inventory management
Grow MS% through different GtM (channel, KA, trade etc.)
Design implement Goods Flow policies (within a broader company framework)
A Product Manager owns these strategic outcomes of the ME of given AIs / brands family:
Continue to explore alternative route to MAD to introduce new projects from Bayer pipeline
Commercialize innovation compounds through China local partnership
Life Cycle Management of Bayer core AIs including generic defense, label extension proximity innovation
Grow MS% through portfolio gap-filling mid-tier expansion
Ensure launch excellence
Shape product supply strategy optimize COGS
WHO YOU ARE
University degree, fluent in English
Sound knowledge of agribusiness with 8-year experience in crop protection portfolio management product management
Demonstrated customer centricity
Leading/influencing peers senistakeholders at the Asia region country level on business decisions
Learning agility, being able to adapt to the new requirements of the Company
Understanding of crop related political, economic, sciences & technologies regulatory requirements
Managing collaborating in a matrixganization requiring experience interfacing with regional/globalganization
