Key Responsibilities 1.Building regional mechanical commodity strategy to achieve company, supply chain, regional BU ‘s objectives, should include supply base rationalization, development, spend management, best cost, new technologies, market analysis product strategies. 2.Competitive analysis based on commodity, cost drivers, technology market benchmarking. 3.Lead the performance tracking of suppliers implement supplier development, expansion, reduction, integration plans . 4.Execute negotiation plan to achieve the company’s target including cost, payment term, incoterm, lead time, inventory, contracts etc. 5.Conduct annual supplier negotiation to achieve saving target. 6.Negotiation, creation, maintain, enforce responsible commodity suppliers contracts according to the regional legal standards. 7.Cost analysis, be able to understthe cost structure bring solutions on cost control, drive cost reduction (VA/VE, localization, negotiations, second source) activities to generate significate savings. 8.Manage align supplier panel with global commodity buyer. 9.Dealing fescalation of all supplier relationship issues. Ensure quick efficient resolution of unplanned issues. 10.Risk management mitigation on material field level on supplier level. ◆Qualifications 1.Bachelin Mechanical/Engineering/Business/Supply Chain background required. 2.Familiar with the cost drivers, proactive cost management, commercial contracts supply chain management. 3.Familiar with stamping, machining, die-casting, molding, plating, forging knowledge. 4.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, analytical, communication problem-solving skills. 5.Minimum 10 years work experience minimum 5 years of working experience in the automotive industry andminimum 3 years experience in commodity management. 6.Excellent MS Office software application, including Word, Excel PPT. 7.Proficiency in English.
