    Responsibilities:
    Develop R&D Strategy: Formulate mid-to-long-term R&D plans fAOI optical inspection equipment based on corporate strategy market demands. Define technology product roadmaps, establishing R&D priorities direction.
    Technology Roadmap Planning: Research industry technology trends, benchmark against international advanced levels, develop suitable technology roadmaps aligned with domestic industry needs company development, promoting the technological upgrade of domestic AOI equipment.
    Project Leadership & Execution: Lead R&D projects fsemiconductpackaging inspection AOI equipment wafer inspection equipment. Manage multi-disciplinary teams (Optics, Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Algorithm). Spearhead the establishment of semiconductoptical inspection laboratories/platforms, define technology roadmaps, build optical inspection standard systems (e.g., SEMI standards) SOPs.
    Project Monitoring & Adjustment: Monitproject progress quality, promptly identify resolve issues during implementation. Make dynamic adjustments optimizations to ensure timely project delivery.
    Optical System R&D: Responsible fthe design, component selection, performance optimization of AOI equipment optical systems, including illumination, imaging, lenses, cameras, light sources, sensors. Design high-resolution, high-contrast optical solutions.
    New Technology Research & Application: Track the latest technological developments in the AOI optical inspection field globally. Actively research apply new technologies methods to drive product technological upgrades innovation.
    Team Building & Development: Build efficient cross-disciplinary R&D teams based on project needs. Develop talent training plans enhance team members professional skills overall competency through internal training external learning.
    Market Research & Needs Analysis: Conduct research on competitproducts within the industry. Gain deep understanding of market demands customer pain points to provide market-oriented guidance fproduct R&D.
    Customer Communication & Technical Support: Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, other departments. Participate in customer communications technical discussions. Develop technical solutions based on customer requirements provide technical support.
    Product Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize existing AOI optical inspection equipment based on market feedback customer usage, improving product performance, stability, reliability.
    Product Upgrades & Iteration: Develop product upgrade iteration plans considering technology trends market demands, driving product technological upgrades new generation development.
    Requirements:
    Educational Background & Core Experience: Masters degree higher in Mechanical/Electronic/Optical Engineering. 8+ years of experience in the semiconductinspection industry, including 3+ years in team management. Must have led 2+ high-volume manufacturing inspection projects to completion. Proficiency in Zemax/Code V foptical design mastery of LightTools/TracePro foptical path simulation.
    Industry Expertise: 10+ years of R&D experience in semiconductpackaging equipment front-end inspection equipment. Must have led the full cycle of AOI development from design to mass production. Requires priexperience in a core R&D role at a leading international inspection equipment manufacturer. Ability to interpret international inspection standards like SEMI E142 establish internal corporate specifications. Must possess deep knowledge of core parameters foptical inspection equipment (e.g., NA ≥ 0.9, Illumination Uniformity ≤ 3%). Familiarity with the global inspection equipment ecosystem (e.g., KLA series).
    Additional Qualifications: Holder of invention patents related to semiconductequipment. Familiarity with the semiconductequipment supply chain in the Yangtze River Delta region. Ability to interpret international standards such as SEMI/AEC-Q.

    1、制定研發(fā)戰(zhàn)略:根據(jù)公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略及市場(chǎng)需求,制定AOI光學(xué)檢測(cè)設(shè)備的中長(zhǎng)期研發(fā)規(guī)劃,明確技術(shù)路線圖和產(chǎn)品路線圖,確定研發(fā)重點(diǎn)和方向。
    2、技術(shù)路線規(guī)劃:研究行業(yè)技術(shù)發(fā)展趨勢(shì),對(duì)標(biāo)國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)需求,制定適合公司發(fā)展的技術(shù)路線,推動(dòng)國(guó)產(chǎn)化AOI設(shè)備的技術(shù)升級(jí)。
    3、項(xiàng)目主導(dǎo)與推進(jìn):負(fù)責(zé)主導(dǎo)半導(dǎo)體封裝檢測(cè)AOI設(shè)備、晶圓檢測(cè)設(shè)備等研發(fā)項(xiàng)目,帶領(lǐng)光學(xué)、機(jī)械、電氣、軟件、算法等多學(xué)科團(tuán)隊(duì),主導(dǎo)半導(dǎo)體光學(xué)檢測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室/平臺(tái)建設(shè),制定技術(shù)路線圖,建立光學(xué)檢測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系(如SEMI標(biāo)準(zhǔn))和SOP流程
    4、項(xiàng)目監(jiān)控與調(diào)整:監(jiān)控項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度和質(zhì)量,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)并解決項(xiàng)目實(shí)施過程中的問題,對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整和優(yōu)化,確保項(xiàng)目按時(shí)交付。
    5、光學(xué)系統(tǒng)研發(fā):負(fù)責(zé)AOI設(shè)備光學(xué)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、選型和性能優(yōu)化,包括照明、成像、鏡頭、相機(jī)光源、傳感器等,設(shè)計(jì)高分辨率、高對(duì)比度的光學(xué)方案。
