Responsibilities：
Partnership Management Cooperation：
1. Establish clear governance framework, communication mechanism operation processes to ensure efficient effective alliance with BD partners.
2. Manage a portfolio of partnerships, work closely with internal external stakeholders to manage responsibilities, mitigate risks, ensure alliance objectives are achieved.
3. Drive joint meetings (JSC, JDC, etc.) communicate outcomes insights fcurrent future assets; Provide strategic updates to governance team senimanagement.
4. Identify, evaluate, leverage scientific capabilities technical platform of our partners to enhance the R&D capability of Henlius rapidly expthe existing pipeline.
5. Timely accurately report all financial elements in collaboration with finance other teams.
Out Licensing Project Support
1. Support the assessment of market dynamics future landscape to identify the licensing opportunities including early research projects, new modality platform, early late clinical stage opportunities, identify threats risks in a timely manner.
2. Provide other support to out-licensing evaluation as required.
Contract Obligations
1. Identify bring disputes issues that may result in disputes (including without limitation any asserted occurrence of a material breach by a Party) to the attention of the JSC in a timely manner, function as the point of first referral in all matters of conflict resolution.
2. Provide a single point of communication fseeking consensus both internally within the Parties’ respectiveganizations between the Parties.
3. Plan coordinate cooperative efforts, internal communications external communications between the Parties with respect to this Agreement.
4. Take responsibility fensuring that meetings the issuance of meeting agendas minutes occur as set forth in this Agreement, that relevant action items resulting from such meetings are appropriately carried out otherwise addressed.
Qualifications：
1. Master’s degree above in Science / Medical/ Biochemistry/Science / Medical/ Biochemistry/ related field.
2. Priexperiences in Search & Evaluation/ Research & Development /Alliance Management preferred.
3. Experience across multiple therapeutic areas with a current focus on oncology immunology preferred.
4. Good planning project management capability; negotiation deal making experience.
5. Good communication interpersonal skills to interact with influence a diverse group of internal external stakeholders. Fluent in both written spoken English.
