THE ROLE
? Spearheading the establishment oversight of compliance initiatives in Hong Kong the region
? You will be the sole legal counsel support the business with all its legal requirements, from business-as-usual to strategic executive level.
? Negotiate critical contracts with companies government departments with sophisticated in-house legal teams. As an extension of the negotiation, your commercial drafting skills should also be exceptional.
? To effectively negotiate with their customers, you should understthe company’s products services the regulatory environment in which its customers operate.
? Collaborating with sales, operations, procurement, quality, other key teams, offering guidance on legal issues associated risks.
? Providing assistance on strategic, operational, sales projects fdepartments.
? Managing corporate governance, employment, compliance, including training.



THE PERSON THEY ARE LOOKING FOR:
? Hong Kong qualified lawyer with commercial experience fluent in English
? Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial contract negotiations, strategic risk management, regulatory compliance, with a track record of dealing with C-suite executives.
? The ability to work cross-culturally with Asian European businesses.
? Maturity discipline to work semi-autonomously.
? IT technology skills to allow seamless collaboration across team members
? The ability to work collaboratively in partnership with the executive, functional departments sales team.
