Job Description 崗位職責(zé) - Drive the Perfectder Cycle Approach to minimize waste complexities in the end-to-endder-to-cash flow - Implement new technology to improve demcapture accuracy efficiency. Resolve demcapture failures, resolve blockedders, manage stock allocation delivery creation issues, handle returns refusals through customer interaction compliance assessment. - Collaborate with other teams make system changes to improveder fulfillment resolve issues. Analyze data to understcustomer behavior, trends, risks, takes actions to mitigate out of stock risks. - Drive continuous improvement within the team to meet internal external KPIs, monitoring target achievements, managing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure quality process alignment. Ensure regular monitoring of openders according to SOP. - 推動 POCA，*大限度地減少從訂單到現(xiàn)金的端到端流程中的浪費和復(fù)雜性 - 采用新技術(shù)，提高需求捕獲的準(zhǔn)確性和效率。通過客戶互動和合規(guī)性評估，解決需求捕捉失敗問題、解決訂單阻塞問題、管理庫存分配和交付創(chuàng)建問題，以及處理退貨和拒收問題。 - 與其他團(tuán)隊合作，對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行修改，以改善訂單執(zhí)行情況并解決問題。分析數(shù)據(jù)以了解客戶行為、趨勢和風(fēng)險，并采取行動降低缺貨風(fēng)險。 - 推動團(tuán)隊內(nèi)部的持續(xù)改進(jìn)，以達(dá)到內(nèi)部和外部的關(guān)鍵績效指標(biāo)，監(jiān)控目標(biāo)實現(xiàn)情況，管理與主要利益相關(guān)者的關(guān)系，確保質(zhì)量和流程的一致性。確保按照 SOP 定期監(jiān)控未結(jié)訂單。 Job Requirements 崗位要求 - 5+ years related working experience - Experience with strong focus on customers - Strong Supply Chain DemManagement knowledge expertise - College/University degree required - English & Cantonese language proficiency - Proficiency in SAP - 5 年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗 - 具有與客戶打交道的經(jīng)驗，并以客戶為中心 - 具有豐富的供應(yīng)鏈和需求管理知識和專業(yè)技能 - 需要大專/大學(xué)學(xué)位 - 熟練掌握英語和粵語 - 熟練使用 SAP
