The main responsibility is driving industrial projects related Wuxi Plant. The work includes new product introduction, production efficiency, cost control, quality improvement technical upgrading.

Responsibility:
Task 1 Acting as project manager fplant projects, new technology introduction multi-supplier projects in a single plant
Task 2 Supporting the Manufacturing Engineering Manager/Directin the execution of majcomplex manufacturing engineering projects/initiatives;
Task 3 Developing consolidating a central state-of-the-art knowledge on all key manufacturing process technologies relevant fthe Group.
Task 4 Maintaining connections with current potential suppliers to follow the latest technological developments to understthe suppliers’ future roadmap.
Task 5 Redaction of standard RFQ documents;
Task 6 Maintaining connections with plants R&D to understcurrent technology deployment improvement opportunities;
Task 7 Introduce new products production, provide technical support fproduction process
Task 8 Solve the product failure problems from Quality, Production other departments
Task 9 Carry out continuous quality improvement cost reduction activities
The ideal candidates:
61 The ideal candidate knows how to concretely deploy industrial projects as Project Manager apply the WCM methodology (EEM Pillar) in manufacturing plants can drive continuous improvement.
61 She/he has at least 3-5 years of experience in production, industrial engineering, production line installation, start-up commissioning, and/supplier management.
61 She/he has strong mechanical background.
61 She/he is eager to phase-out solve problems in industrial processes.
61 She/he has a pragmatic entrepreneurial spirit,ganizational planning skills, ability to work in team to engage mobilize the widerganization
61 She/he is available to frequent business trips to support the assigned plants
61 Proficiently master 2D CAD software, ability to use SAP Dassault PLM is considered a plus.
61 Have basic electric design know how
61 Have good written spoken English skills fan efficient daily global communication
