Key responsibilities
Carry out all activities in a manner that will contribute to the achievement of individual team Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
Prepare submit all documents in a timely accurate manner keep the internal/external stakeholders informed of the status.
Adhere to process Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Internal Operating Procedures (IOPs) during daily operation.
Respond to all enquiries in a timely accurate manner & escalate difficulties as defined in SOPs / IOPs.
Required
Majin Logistics, International Trade, other related English Language.
Excellent commof spoken written English.
Good working knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel PowerPoint.
Good communication & interpersonal skill should be able to build good working relationship.
Thorough understanding SCM knowledge– Added Advantage.
